I am studying abroad in Paris and broke my computer screen on the first week, I took it into Thema and they were so kind and genuinely sympathetic toward me! The man cared so much he did not even charge me for labor, he simply sold me the screen and set it up for the price he got the screen for. I am so gracious to the Thema team! They did the diagnostics right in front of me which proved their honesty and realness. 100% would recommend. This was all done in one day as well. I could not be more happy with my experience.
